End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of AM Hub ("the Service"), an account-management platform operated by TKX Media ("we", "us", "our"). By signing in to or using the Service you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for internal business purposes in connection with your work with or for TKX Media. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TKX Media.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You may not share credentials, sublicense access, or make the Service available to any third party.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, or in any way that violates applicable law.
• Client and business data accessible through the Service is confidential and may be used only for legitimate account-management work.

3. Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party platforms (for example Google Workspace, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta, LinkedIn, SEMrush, CallRail, Intuit QuickBooks, and similar tools) on behalf of authorized users. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and an integration may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Ownership

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding client data and third-party content), is owned by TKX Media and protected by intellectual-property laws. Client business data remains the property of the respective client.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA (INCLUDING DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TKX MEDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach this Agreement or when your working relationship with TKX Media ends. Upon termination you must stop using the Service. Sections 4–6 and 8 survive termination.

8. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may update this Agreement from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
