AM Hub — TKX Media

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TKX Media ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with AM Hub ("the Service"), our internal account-management platform used by the TKX Media team to manage client marketing work.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, work email address, and login credentials of team members who use the Service.
  • Client business data — client names, contacts, websites, service and billing details, tasks, reports, meeting notes, and communications handled as part of account management.
  • Connected-service data — data retrieved from services an authorized user connects, such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs), Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, SEMrush, CallRail, and Intuit QuickBooks (e.g. invoices, customers, payment status). We access only what is needed to provide the Service's reporting and account-management features.
  • Usage and log data — standard technical logs (timestamps, IP addresses, actions) used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

  • To operate the Service: dashboards, reporting, task management, billing visibility, and client communications.
  • To connect and synchronize the third-party services listed above at the direction of authorized users.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug issues.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Data obtained through third-party integrations is used only to provide user-facing features of the Service and is never transferred to unrelated third parties or used to train generalized machine-learning models.

3. Google API Services

AM Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Intuit QuickBooks data

When a QuickBooks integration is connected, we access accounting data (such as customers, invoices, and payment status) solely to display billing and revenue information inside the Service for authorized team members. QuickBooks data is not sold, shared with unrelated third parties, or used for any purpose other than these features. Disconnecting the integration stops further access, and associated tokens are revoked.

5. Storage and security

  • Data is stored in access-controlled databases and servers; connections use TLS encryption in transit.
  • Access to the Service is restricted to authenticated TKX Media team members; administrative functions are further restricted.
  • OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed to browsers or third parties.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as it is needed for active account-management work or as required by law. Clients and team members may request deletion of their personal information by emailing stephen@tkxmedia.com; we will honor verified requests within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

7. Sharing

We share information only with (a) service providers that host or support the Service (e.g. cloud hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations, (b) the third-party platforms a user explicitly connects, to the extent required to operate the integration, and (c) authorities when legally required.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Questions or requests: stephen@tkxmedia.com, TKX Media, tkxmedia.com.
